Eligibility

Content and Liability
- NeonMods is a neutral host. We do not pre-screen or verify user-uploaded content.
- All uploads are public and mirrored across our infrastructure.
- You grant NeonMods a perpetual, worldwide license to host and monetize your uploads.
- We are not liable for any damage (software or hardware) or third-party game bans resulting from the use of content hosted here. You use this site at your own risk.
Prohibited Conduct
Violation of these rules results in an immediate account ban:
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or scams.
- Doxing (sharing private real-world info).
- Targeted harassment (obsessive stalking of a user).
- Extreme hate speech or illegal content (under Austrian, US, or UK law).
- Adult or explicit material.
Payments
Deposits into NeonMods accounts are final. No automatic refunds. Requests are reviewed manually at our sole discretion.
Termination
We reserve the right to remove any content or account at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Governing Law
Laws of Austria. Jurisdiction: Vienna.
